Meet the Yoga Body Shop Staff
Yoga Body Shop is a community of people who love to practice and teach. Yoga Body Shop was the first yoga studio to fill the void of hot yoga offerings in our communities—Binghamton, Johnson City, Vestal and the surrounding areas—13 years ago. All of our teachers are 500 or 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructors who are world-class trained. Each instructor brings their own background, education, and experience to class.
The Yoga Body Shop family is here to help you successfully navigate your journey of self-discovery! We want to help you expand your practice and explore your potential—both physically and mentally.
