Yoga body shop is such a great yoga studio! All the employees are kind and helpful. During my first class, they took the time to help me with different poses and talk me through the whole class. I have been a loyal customer of the yoga body shop since they opened many years ago. At the time, I didn't know much about yoga, but the instructors' are amazing at explaining poses and breathe integration, which has allowed me to learn and get stronger than I ever thought possible (both physically and mentally).
