At Yoga Body Shop we dedicate every day to supporting our yogic community by guiding practitioners towards living a more balanced, healthier, and happier life. However, September is a special one to us, as it is National Yoga Awareness Month. We think this is the perfect opportunity to take a step back and revisit the basics for those that have considered yoga but are yet to take their first step on the mat.

Trying yoga for the first time can be a transformative experience for your personal and professional life. You will find a comprehensive approach to well-being that will help you support a healthier work-life balance. The actions of self-care and mindfulness will make it easier to set boundaries and prioritize your personal needs alongside your professional responsibilities. Let’s dig deeper into more specific benefits to your everyday life by engaging in a regular practice of yoga.
